Cruise passengers will have the opportunity to take an "up close and personal look" at the Canadian wilderness when Carnival Cruise Lines launches its Quebec voyages next year.
Departing from New York on June 25th, July 23rd and August 20th, the nine-day voyages will call at ports including Quebec City, Baie-Comeau, and Havre St Pierre.
Travelling onboard the Carnival Triumph, guests will also be taken for a one-day trip down the St Lawrence River, reports Cruise Talk Central.
Gerry Cahill, president and chief executive of Carnival Cruise Lines, said the voyages would give passengers a unique opportunity to see the natural wonders on offer in Quebec.
"Carnival is always seeking exciting new itinerary choices and these new nine-day sailings provide guests of all ages an opportunity to experience and explore the natural wonders of Quebec, one of North America’s most historic and fascinating cruising regions," he commented.
One of the world’s most popular cruise lines, Carnival also operates routes to destinations such as Bermuda, Hawaii and South America.
